Charles W. Hass Memorial Award
The Charles W. Hass award is granted by the North Central District in recognition of outstanding contributions to the Fraternity by an alumnus or alumna of the Fraternity. An individual is eligible for the award after five years of alumni status and after an application is submitted to the Governor(s) and President by a chapter in the North Central District or the district council.

Life Membership Award
We, the North Central District Alumni Association of Kappa Kappa Psi, will award Life Membership to a graduating senior who has exemplified the tenets of Kappa Kappa Psi, created a lasting impact on their chapter, and has a desire to continue the journey in our Fraternity beyond their college years.
Components of this application include general applicant information, a personal statement, and optional letters of recommendation. Applications are due in the prior to each yearly District Convention.
